6 WEEKS

Explore authenticity, vulnerability, and the freedom to move beyond the roles we play.

A 6-week, body-based improv lab made for neurodivergent folks. Stimming is welcome, scripting is sacred, and no one is asked to be linear, still, or “normal.” Build tools for regulation, expression, and connection in a space designed around your rhythm.
