Privacy Policy

This policy covers information collected through this website. It is separate from the Notice of Privacy Practices governing protected health information for clinical therapy clients, which is provided directly to clients at the start of services. Website information and clinical records are handled differently and stored separately.

We collect personal information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, and anything you choose to write in the inquiry form. We also collect non personal, technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, referring pages, and general usage patterns.

The inquiry form asks what brings you here. Anything you write there is entirely voluntary. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing at this stage, and understand that submitting the form does not create a professional relationship or bring your submission under clinical confidentiality protections. If you would rather not put sensitive details in writing, simply say you would like to talk and we will cover it on the call.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, to remember preferences, and to understand how the site is used. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, though some site features may not work as intended if you do.

General location may be inferred from your IP address for security and analytics. If you tell us your location in the inquiry form, we use it to determine which services are available to you.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, provide and administer services, send communications you have requested, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Aggregated, deidentified information may be used to understand site performance and improve the experience. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising purposes. We may share it with service providers who help operate this practice, such as scheduling, email, and payment platforms, each bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

This site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read the policies of any site you visit.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to receive a copy in portable form, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hope@conciergecoachingandtherapy.com.

Inquiry form submissions from people who do not become clients are retained for 1 year and then deleted. Client records are retained according to the record retention requirements of the applicable licensing board and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive health information by ordinary email.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Services are not offered to anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted here.
